What qualifies me for the employee discount?

To use your employee discount, you must:

- Be out of training

- Clock in on time

- Be clocked out for your break

- Not be on the no-discount list

Where do I order more uniforms?

Uniforms can be ordered using the QR codes posted on the Community Board near the walk-in cooler.

What apps do I need to download?

HotSchedules: For scheduling and team messages

VSBL: For daily checklists and internal communication

Pathway: For training and onboarding resources

How do I call out for a shift?

- Call the store at (386)445-0399 to notify a leader

- Release your shift in HotSchedules and find coverage

- Make sure the team member covering accepts the shift

- Notify a shift leader once coverage is confirmed

- You are still accountable for the shift until approved by leadership

- Only valid reasons are accepted for call-outs

How do I request time off?

All time off must be requested in HotSchedules at least three weeks in advance.

What do I need to complete training?

- Finish your full training plan (minimum 40 hours)

- Receive a performance review

- Pass a skills and knowledge assessment

- Demonstrate alignment with CFA Palm Coast’s culture and values

What are the nail guidelines?

- Fingernails must not extend beyond your fingertips when viewed from the palm side

- False nails and nail gems are not permitted

- Nail polish is allowed, but food service gloves must be worn when handling food

Why am I not getting scheduled hours?

Scheduling depends on both your availability and performance. Speak with a leader or scheduler for feedback.

Why do I need my training log every shift?

At Chick-fil-A Palm Coast, we build strong habits from the start. You are expected to bring your training log to every shift during training. You may be sent home without it. All completed logs must be turned in.

What is my Pathway login?

Your login is the same username assigned to you during orientation. If you do not remember your username, please speak with a director. If you forgot your password, click “Forgot My Password” on the login screen to reset it.

How do I update my personal information?

If your phone number, address, email, or emergency contact changes, update it using the QR code posted on the Community Board by the walk-in freezer.
