Hi everyone,
I’m Glen Efford, and I’ve had the privilege of being a Chick-fil-A Operator for more than 17 years. From the start, my mission here in Palm Coast has always been bigger than running a successful restaurant — it’s about creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and challenged to grow.
Over the years, our team has celebrated a lot together: consistent growth, national sales achievements, and seeing this store become a true gathering place in our community. But what I’m most proud of is watching so many of you develop into incredible leaders, both here and out in the world. It means everything to me to see team members go on to careers in law enforcement, nursing, therapy, ministry, business ownership, and even Chick-fil-A leadership.
I genuinely believe our restaurant should be an oasis — not just for our guests, but for each of you. My hope is that during your time here, you’ll gain skills, confidence, and experiences that will serve you well wherever life leads.
Thank you for being such an important part of this team and for helping make Chick-fil-A Palm Coast a place where people love to come — and love to work.

To use your employee discount, you must:
- Be out of training
- Clock in on time
- Be clocked out for your break
- Not be on the no-discount list
Uniforms can be ordered using the QR codes posted on the Community Board near the walk-in cooler.
HotSchedules: For scheduling and team messages
VSBL: For daily checklists and internal communication
Pathway: For training and onboarding resources
- Call the store at (386) 864-0508 to notify a leader
- Release your shift in HotSchedules and find coverage
- Make sure the team member covering accepts the shift
- Notify a shift leader once coverage is confirmed
- You are still accountable for the shift until approved by leadership
- Only valid reasons are accepted for call-outs
All time off must be requested in HotSchedules at least two weeks in advance.
- Finish your full training plan (minimum 40 hours)
- Receive a performance review
- Pass a skills and knowledge assessment
- Demonstrate alignment with CFA Palm Coast’s culture and values
- Fingernails must not extend beyond your fingertips when viewed from the palm side
- False nails and nail gems are not permitted
- Nail polish is allowed, but food service gloves must be worn when handling food
Scheduling depends on both your availability and performance. Speak with a leader or scheduler for feedback.
At Chick-fil-A Palm Coast, we build strong habits from the start. You are expected to bring your training log to every shift during training. You may be sent home without it. All completed logs must be turned in.
Your login is the same username assigned to you during orientation. If you do not remember your username, please speak with a director. If you forgot your password, click “Forgot My Password” on the login screen to reset it.
If your phone number, address, email, or emergency contact changes, update it using the QR code posted on the Community Board by the walk-in freezer.
